Aldaker*PL and Yankee Coon*PL- attacks on our Cattery

Dear Breeders!

As You possibly know, since December we are attacked in various medias by Jowita and Marek Rostkowski (ALDAKER*PL cattery) and Karolina Grontkowska (YANKEE COON*PL cattery).

The allegations are known to You - falsification of health certificates of EC Asterion Cat Cabaret*PL and IC Eminence Cozy Top*PL cats.

At first we decided not to comment on these slanders and not be involved in verbal skirmishes on Internet forums, in particular, that the majority of comments was expressed by amateurs. We focused on gathering evidences ofpossible criminal activity taken by ALDAKER*PL and YANKEE COON*PL owners.

At this point we would like to thank to all breeders who helped us in reaching these documents and who did not belive in false hysteria of Karolina Grontkowska, Jowita and Marek Rostkowski. We would like to provide a complete overview of the situation supported by documents. In addition to documents, which are attached to this text, there are also others which cannot be shown at present due to the fact that they constitute evidence in criminal and civil cases.

Let's start with ALDAKER*PL cattery.

25 August 2008 – The male cat EC Asterion Cat Cabaret*PL JW is handed to Jowita and Marek Rostkowski in order to mate the cat IC Ulietta of Midnight Colony*CZ in accordance with previously signed mating agreement.
27 August 2008 – The male is returned to us by father of Jowita Rostkowska. The cat reaches us in very bad mental condition – freightened and aggressive. We had to isolate him and give sedation medicaments. Our questions about the reason of such situation addressed to the owners of ALDAKER*PL cattery are not answered.
October 2008 – We receive the correspondence from Marek and Jowita Rostkowska with demand of return of very large amount of money. The a reason of such demand was the diversity of the results of HCM test of Asterion with certification

(document 1). In response we have informed them that we do not feel responsible for possible laboratory errors and advised them to address claims to LABOKLIN Poland.
8 December 2008 – The text about transferring information about irregularity of Asterion certificates to law enforcement authorities was published on the www.aldaker.pl website (document 2).
15 January 2009 - Regional Prosecutor's Office in Gdansk has determined that the information is false (document 3).
23 December 2008 - We have read the letters named "complaint" written by Jowita and Marek Rostkowski and directed to the “Jedynka” Cat Lovers Association (SMK “Jedynka”). In these letters, we discovered a number of documents obtained in violation of the law and without a guarantee of authenticity. We cannot show you those documents because the senders forbid making any copies of them.
3 March 2009 - At our request the District Prosecutor's Office of Prague Warsaw made findings which result with the following

documents (document A, B, C, D, E). As you can see, the cat Asterion handed to ALDAKER*PL owners in good faith, with full confidence, for mating their female, has landed in the veterinary service and was subject to medical experiments, without our knowledge and, above all, without our agreement. Illegally collected blood sample for testing was send to LABOKLIN Poland where the contract was filled with legally protected personal data of Katarzyna Popowska, and real principal of this criminal action of pretending as Katarzyna Popowska was Jowita Rostkowska, the owner of ALDAKER*PL cattery. This fact was testified by veterinarian Jerzy Kończak and confirmed by Laboklin Poland (document 4).

It is impossible to list all the risks when collecting blood, especially done to stranger cat.

We would belive that such kind of behviour suits more for butchers and degenerates, than for cat breeders and co called

fanciers.

We leave the judgment of this situation to you, the breeders.

At this point, to keep the chronology, we have to mention the "deeds" of YANKEE COON*PL cattery.

12 September 2008. – the male cat IC Eminence Cozy Top*PL was handed to Karolina Grontkowska in order to mate the female cat IC.Tiffany Pia Alwaro *PL. Before that, Karolina Grontkowska paid half of the sum for mating and received a requested tests. The mating was successful. Pregnancy went well. Kittens were born healthy.
November 2008. – we have signed a meting card send by Karolina Grontkowska, according to the rights of the Polish Feline Federation (FPL). At this point, the President of SMK “Jedynka” informed us that she has a second part of a payment for mating and she wants to pass it to us. It was an unusual form. We wandered why our money was sent to the club? Moments later we learned that we will receive the money after signing the new contract, not agreed before. The new contract contained a formal deficiencies, retroactive date, and points of commissioned research in the field and the revised method and the time of their service. We refused signing this document, and we did not received the money. According to previously signed mating contract we did not pass mating card. This behavior made us feel blackmailed.

Also, receiving a copy of new contract has been denied to us!!!

23 December 2008 - We have read the letter named "complaint" written by Karolina Grontkowska and directed to the SMK

“Jedynka”. In We discovered that those letters were exactly the same as letters written by Jowita and Marek Rostkowski (same

form, printing, paper, phrases, allegations), We were unable to check attachements. Showing us a copies of them was denied by

Karolina Grontkowska.

At this point we have to refer to Resolution 24/02/09 (suspension of rights of member) (document 5)

and 27/03/09 (suspension of cats Asterion and Eminence) (document 6).

We do not want to criticize the Board because we respect democracy and we have respect the people from the Board for their

fight in the days of SHKRP but just because of our experience we cannot understand their position.

Resolutions of the Board were taken on 24 February and 11 March 2009 on the basis of:

• "Complaints" without the possibility of a substantive response - as we wrote before,

SENDERS DENIED PROVIDING US COPIES OF THEM !!!

• pressure and information that we are currently subject to criminal proceedings for the falsification of documents of laboratory

tests, and the suspension will continue pending the outcome of the case by the Prosecutor's Office or the Court.

Jowita and Marek Rostkowski and Karolina Grontkowska deceived all the time the Executive Board of SMK “Jedynka”! In May

and June have verified information about the criminal proceedings in relation to our people for falsifying documents.

5 May 2009 – we have received a letter from the District Prosecutor's Office in Gdansk, which clearly shows that during the time,

the suspension decisions were taken by the Board of SMK "Jedynka", ie 24 February 2009 and 10 March 2009, Public

Prosecutor's Office had nothing to resolve since the initiation of investigation started on 2 April 2009 and the subject of this

investigation is possible obtain of funds for mating (document 7).

18 June 2009 – we have received a letter from the District Prosecutor's Office in Inowrocław which subject is also possible

obtain (document 8). Both investigations have clarification status and are not provided against us, and both relate to the

financial sphere, and not the falsification of documents to which any Association or Federation is not allowed!

What is more, from the legal publications it is clear that:

"... the fact of the submission of reports to the supervisory authority does not give rights of any sanctions on individuals or

businesses, and the initiation of investigations is routine verification of complex reports of the possibility the crime was

committed by a citizen of the Republic of Poland or a business and in any case has no indication of offense because at each stage

may be waived. "

As we proved the arguments of decisions made against us is inconsistent with the facts and that Resolutions violate our

personal rights.

At this point we would like to return to the allegedly withheld mating card for Karolina Grontkowska.

With great attention we have read the appeal of YANKEE COON *PL owner calling to violate the rules of FPL. As we presented

above, there were attempts to force us to sign the "strange", new agreement, after the birth of kittens, and in return we could

receive money for the mating. After our refusal to submit this blackmail Karolina Grontkowska started a crusadeagains us in

the name of new born kittens. She has cheated many people with it!

After the unsuccessful attempt to force a decision of Management Board of FPL to issue pedigrees without mating card signed

by us, Karolina Grontkowska just paid us the agreed before money and received signed mating card without any problem!!!

In this manner Grontkowska Carolina reached this difficult target for even suggesting this publication: (a quotation from the

receive pedigrees after your hard-won fight. Congratulations "…

We would like to thank to Executive Board of FPL for unbending attitude and presented in this way respect for breeders, since

mating card is an effective weapon against debtors. We hope that it will be a lesson for all cats owners.

Finally we would like to inform that on 27 July 2009 we have submitted our application for the prosecution of Mark and Jowita

Rostkowska and Karolina Grontkowska on the basis of the collected material and information (document 10).

At the same time we would like to warn, that any publications related to our cattery or to us are and will be reviewed and

Also we would like to inform all interested persons that this publication will be updated when new facts and evidences will be

discovered.
