We were testifying as witnesses because of mating fraud charges reported Marek Rostkowski.

The questions made us sure that the submission of reports is a perfidious attempt to extort money from us for possible

laboratory mistake. LABOKLIN Poland guarantees, that in case of claims for the mistake, the compensation to the value of the

test is performed.

So, Jowita and Marek Rostkowki developed a plan to create documents incriminating us. We will try to demonstrate that it

Was planned crime and we will share the results with you later. Now we would like to thank for the dozens of emails from

different countries expressing support for our activities and at the same time surprised with interference of SMK "Jedynka”

Single "in the dispute which is the obvious financial dispute !!!

The correspondence shows that the audacity and meaned disinformation of Aldaker*PL cattery is known not only in our country.

Thank you also for understanding the basic issue, that in our contracts with Aldaker*PL and Yankee Coon*PL catteires there

is no notification that the mating depend on tests results or necessity of tests performance (document 11).

Also we would like to thank for the mail quoted: "... only a fool person, and I don’t think You are fools, would pass a male,

knowing that documents are faked, to make the detection of crime possible...”

Let’s come back to the Resolution of SMK “Jedynka” sanctioning our 2 Maine Coon males, which we consider to be mishandling.

As a reminder - the resolution was taken because of the possibility of forged laboratory documents of the two questioned males

until this issue is resolved by the Public Prosecutor or the Court.

As we shown before, there is no pending any proceeding against us because of faked documents, only an investigation for the

possibility of extorting money for mating !!!

Becouse of the decision (the Resolution) made by SMK “Jedynka” without knowledge of the law we would like to present some

documents which we did not want to disclose before because it address some the facts concerning the life of the Polish

Federation Feline (FPL), and don’t make us proud, however they may be useful to show how the investigation of Art.270 k.k. of

the Penal Code (forgery - in the documents) is proceeded.

Possibly most of You remember Mr. Jakub Majoch, first president of PFA CLUB. We were at the incorporation meeting and

we received member’s number, but few weeks later we received the refusal of joining the PFA!!

Becouse of the list of member’s numbers of PFA CLUB (008) we discovered, that something is wrong. According to polish Law of

Associations, there must be 15 signatures to establish incorporation procedure. After the refusal of joining the PFA club we

checked the National Court of Registry (KRS) to see incorporation documents of PFA CLUB. In KRS it came out that because of

law trick, only the Board and Revision Commision can view the documents. However we were able to see the card of signatures

patterns and we discovered forged signature of Katarzyna Popowska. The same day we have submitted our application for the

prosecution.

The investigation showed up that forged signature of Katarzyna Popowska was put on key financial documents and resolutions

of PFA CLUB. Becouse of the collected material Prosecutor’s Office examined Mr. Jakub Majoch as a suspect, and accused him

for a crime from Art. 270 k.k..

In addition, a graphology expertise was ordered and upon receipt Prosecutors sent the indictment against Mr. Jakub Majoch

Accusing him of acts against Article 270 k.k. of the Penal Code On the evidence we present all the documents

(document 12, 13, 14, 15, 16,17).

What does it mean?

One of the clubs, member of FPL (Felis Polonia) acts with forged KRS!!!

The Prosecutor’s Office send an information about it to National Court of Registry (KRS) but still PFA CLUB is not suspended in

the rights of member of FPL (Felis Polonia).

And we think this is right!!!

We think that before the crime is proved(guilty sentence in the court), there should be no ill steps taken.

After the fact of conviction of the Mr. Jakub Majoch certainly we will ask the relevant authorities to appoint superintendent over

PFA CLUB and we will inform officially about the whole case Polish Federation Feline (FPL – Felis Polonia) and the Federation

Internationale Feline (FIFe). But now information and documents are only our own, and we present them in the context of

confusion because of all resolutions made by the Board of SMK “Jedynka” which acted bad, preventing us access to complaints

and documents and issued sanctions against us at the base of unilateral actions without waiting for the outcome of

the investigation – which means it condemned us “in absentia” exceeding his rights (the legal opinion of the Civil Court) .

We recommend to review the situation and think of justness of sanctions made.

At the end we would like to show the next proof from 3.09.2009, that the investigation is proceeded “in the case”,

not against us (document 18).
